"Room was clean and tidy on arrival. Air conditioning had a remote to operate it, but it didn't want to work on the last day. Breakfast was decent but no eggs. Desk staff very professional. The biggest concern was a shower. The size of it allows comfortably fit only a child. The caulking around the base with black mold and smells like mold. Location of the hotel compensated for the above mentioned issues."

"Il villaggio stupendo...nulla da dire...curato nei dettalgi ed adatto a famiglie con bambini. Buona la qualità del buffet (colazione/cena). Quello che proprio non ci è piaciuto è, visto il livello del resort ed il prezzo pagato, la quasi totale assenza di intrattenimento serale! Al massimo un piano bar senza troppe pretese, ma alcune sere addirittura il nulla! Da una struttura del genere ci saremmo aspettati ben altro e, volendo fare paragoni, nello stesso periodo al Mangia's di Brucoli c'erano...

"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. "Nice surroundings and nice breakfast. Room is clean and nice balcony, only the tree in front is too large to obstruct the ocean view. The room is a little too tight for a vacation spot. And the distance to the town and main attraction was a bit far."
