"Pluses: good location, less outrageously expensive than other outrageously expensive hotels in Stockholm, nice bed and bathroom, quiet and dark rooms. Minus: the room is very bare and quite gloomy; there were not even plastic cups to have a drink of water. The only place to put the suitcase (on the floor) was so dark that we had to use flashlights to see our clothes. It is strange living underground; London hotels with no windows have a kind of light panel which at least feels like a window."

"Excellent breakfast. It was very busy but wonderful choices. I learned that in Sweden, breakfast is a contact sport! Can't say enough good things about the hotel staff...first class from check-in to breakfast to check out. Very comfy bed and quiet room. The property is a little dated, but thats no big deal when all the other boxes are checked with an exclamation mark. Also, good location with really nice food court in department store building across the street. "

"Had to book another hotel the first night as the hotel hadn't activated our key and we were checking in after hours. They did not have any phone lines open so we had to pay to stay down the road. They did nothing to investigate the problem whilst we were there. Also the AC does not work at all in the room, so whilst it was 25C outside, we were unable to stay cool in the room. 1/10, do not recommend staying here if you have other options."
