Beautiful quiet oasis in the heart of the city. We spent two amazing nights there in May 2025. The staff were amazing and the main highlight of this hotel. They were friendly, always helpful and happy to accomadate my late check out. The hotel itself is lovely, the room I had was so nice (I had a suite) and great location too. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough too so it was loud where I was staying. Such a beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. I loved this hotel. It was close to the town and easy for tours to pick us up from and many restaurants around but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also so delicious. The best part was definitely the staff though! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and treated us very well. Great hotel - very highly recommended! Great hotel in the center of Siem Reap

This hotel is a gem in the middle of Siem Reap. It is within walking distance to the night market and pub street, and centrally located in case you are being picked up for tours. The staff was very welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay better. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy, and the pool was awesome too. Breakfast was yummy and dinner at the restaurant was delicious, they even had live music. Highly recommend!

Well maintained and quiet small resort in walking distance to Siem Reap Center. It feels like a little Oasis! Good breakfast including western and local dishes. Nice comfortable hotel

Large well equipt clean room with massive bathroom with balcony which unfortunately you could not sit on. The hotel had lots of wall art etc and nice staff. The bad bits, limited pool area and the pool water was murky. Breakfast was from 6am but was not ready until 6.20 when we needed to leave by 6.30 to catch our flight and overall was limited compared to other hotels.

Angkor Wat Trip - Lannaya made it fantastic

FANTASIC stay. Frank is phenomenal, as will as the rest of the staff. Happy staff, always smiling. Frank is great at remembering names and extremely helpful for night life. He recommended Kanell for a 7 course dinner/traditional Kymer dance show. He arranged everything, reservations, transportation to and from. The included Buffet breakfast at Palate was great. totally spoiled and will definitely go there again!

Arrived and immediately sat my things down to go out. Arrived back late. Ac never worked. I called the front desk 4 times, wrote messages through Expedia. Nothing helped. Stayed up the entire night sweating, took 3 showers. It was cooler outside. In the morning a super nice lady did offer me a massage for free as recompense. I refused. I wouldn’t have held it against them if they had just moved me to a different room or said hey we can’t fix it (I would have went out). EVERYTHING else was great. Friend had a room down the hall and his experience was different.

Lovely spacious room on the ground floor surrounded by garden so you hardly recognized you were in a resort. Beautiful infinity pool with excellent pool side service. Great staff at reception organised English speaking tour guides and driver that made our Siem Reap experience memorable. Dining staff lovely with yummy breakfast to start the day.
