"Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist, die wir nachträglich angemeldet hatten. Ich hatte vorsorglich nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich ein Studio mit Balkon gebucht hätte und dies wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort wurden wir dann in ein Studio ohne Balkon eingecheckt. Ich hätte mir Euros mehr Kommunikaton gewünscht während die Situation gelöst wurde, aber letztlich bekamen wir einen Suite Balkon. Das Personal war dabei super freundlich! Hilfreich wäre eine klarere Kommunikatin zur Parksituation. Wir würden wieder...

"I booked this hotel and read the reviews afterwards, I was then worried as people had rated it very poorly. Having now stayed there I am astonished at the things they wrote, this is a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel with easy access to the centre of Berlin but quiet to sleep there away from the city bustle. It has a sauna, swimming pool and car park facility. A short 6min walk to a convenience store and bus and train station. If I had to criticise it's just that there is no lunch or real snack...
