"Fantastic place. Worth every penny. Right at the heart of the city, literally next step to the escalators which bring you up to to the core and save climbing on foot. Location is impeccable. Communication with host was just fantastic, they've met us and greeted us every step on our arrival and followed through with recommendations. The appartment itself was very clean and nice and worth every penny. Nice design. Overall - incredible value for the money for the family of four. The only thing that I would have adjusted would probably the air conditioning at the second floor, - architecturally the second bedroom is at the ceiling and the AC unit even at the full capacity is not strong enough to cool down the space at the top as the cool air goes down. I guess this is a rare case, cause at the day of our stay the temp was scorching. 40C plus. It was insanely hot day. Heat wave. Downstairs it was OK and cool. Apart from that everything was very nice. Very good vibe. Nice and welcoming hosts. Great location. Very cosy. Recommend."

"The hotel itself was fine and the rooms were nice however we booked 3 rooms and some had a kettle and water in and others didn’t. Parking which was said is available is only for 5 cars which you have to book in advance. 5 cars for over 50 bedrooms. Needless to say parking was an issue. Night staff was fantastic as well as some of the day staff however one of the older guys during the day was not exactly a friendly guest oriented person. All in all the hotel and most of the staff were great and the location was excellent."

"Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The room was attractive and clean. The breakfast buffet was above average. Staff were friendly but sometimes hard to find. Our only real complaint was that it was noisy where our room was on the backside of the hotel, with the duomo/football stadium view, with live music and and an outdoor film showing that went well past midnight."
