"Rooms were clean but room service didn’t come nearly as much as we would’ve liked. Also it’s very difficult to get the front desk/anything from room service or the front desk (towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast bar gets very crowded after 8:30 but food is good. Staff are very professional and helpful. 4/5 would go again/recommend."

"This place was just ok, we chose it for the great price. The hotel has started to age and greatly needs updating. The pool area was packed and difficult to enjoy. The golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed our morning there, and the day spa was also lovely."

"Overall, our stay was decent, though there were a few minor drawbacks. The lobby was undergoing construction during our visit, and the coffee area was quite small—though the coffee machines themselves were excellent.
The only real issue we encountered was finding a cockroach in the drawers. We notified the manager right away, and they kindly offered to switch our rooms, but since we were checking out the next day, we declined. Being in Florida, I understand these things can happen and that bugs...

"Well maintained property, easy access to Disney properties without all the congestion. Nice room in great condition. The amount of dogs in the hotel was the worst part, with yappy dogs making noise all hours, always in the hallways and elevators. The staff was apologetic but did nothing. Visitors with dogs should be kept to one area of the hotel, imo."

"Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again."
