For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. The service in the pool area was fast and friendly, quite impressive for how busy they can be. The lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi can get busy, so get there early. My husband and I would definitely go back!"
