"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"Absolute stunning! Bang in the center, really good connections. Kazimierz is a wonderful place to be based in krakow, loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, all round perfect. "We loved the room! For the price, we upgraded to one of the larger ones, and it was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. We liked having the fridge and other thoughtful touches, like an ironing board and simple cutlery/cups/plates/etc. Check in was super easy, especially because we showed up later than anticipated and it is all contactless. The location is also fantastic, we were minutes away from plenty of food options, groceries, and tourist attractions. We would love to stay here again!"

"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"
