"A lovely historic property with many charming touches. Comfy beds - even the twin bed in our triple room was a good bed. Air conditioning struggled but worked - after all this was at the height of the August heat. As stated, parking is offsite - a short walk away, not unusual in such an historic area. "The standard room sold by Expedia is directly on the highway but customers are sold a tranquil “nature experience.” It is the opposite of a “nature experience”. The hotel should inform customers in advance that the rooms sold by Expedia are on the highway so they know they will hear traffic all night. The reception is as unhelpful and charged me twice. Bad experience. Also paint peeling in the bathtub."

"Location of this hotel is near perfect. It’s in the middle of the old city, almost midway between Plaza Mayor (where the cathedral is) and the aqueduct. You can walk to nearly any point within 10 minutes. If arriving by taxi or uber, be advised cars are not allowed on the road in front of the hotel, so no door-to-door service. "Es ist alles sehr schlecht organisiert. Die Taverne unter der Unterkunft, die aber auch die Schlüssel raus gibt ist vollkommen unmotiviert. Im Zweifel weiß man von nichts und dort was zu essen zu bekommen, ist unmöglich wenn man kein spanisch spricht. Die Zimmer sind muffig, liegen über der Außengastro und zeigen zur Hauptstraße. Beim Laden des Handys haut es die Sicherungen raus und die Klimaanlage geht plötzlich an."

"When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again. The appliance should be replaced."

"Wow! This was so much more than I expected. I had a lovely little balcony that looked over the aqueduct and the vibrant city below. After a wonderful day exploring, I chilled on the roof top lounge with an incredible view and watched the sun set. The staff were super friendly and told me where I could get street parking for free. I loved the stained glass windows and the breakfast was also very good."
