"Really lovely hotel, but either busier than expected or under staffed. Food was excellent generally, but dont order the lasagne. Well cooked beef and pasta but no bechamel and no tomatoes: weird. 7/10 overall as it simply didn't justify the high price for the room and whilst the service was courteous, food delivery was too slow."

"Staff was great except the Manero restaurant was awful when it came to service and ordering a wagyu steak from the hotel since they don’t serve it. The hotel charged me when the Montero staff refused it . Had they told me I would’ve left the restaurant and ate it at the other restaurant especially when having a high profile guest visiting and joining me for dinner"
