"El hotel está ubicado literal dentro del aeropuerto lo cual facilita muchísimo el traslado de arribos internacionales o nacionales sin tener que moverte fuera del aeropuerto es súper seguro tranquilo y la Atencion del personal muy amable , llegué casi a las once de la noche y me atendieron en el restaurante para cenar muy amables hasta que terminé de cenar y siempre muy amables . "The hotel was amazing, set in a historical site. Loved that it was set in the middle of a small local market with multiple restaurants and souvenir shops. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as comfy. They set up our pick up and drop off from the airport and our guide was also amazing. Recommended 10/10! Will for sure stay here again. "

"Good hotel, amenities are very good I stayed twice during my trip. I requested airport transfer and all was coordinated and on time. Housekeeping service good, room service 24 hours. Restaurants have good food Ecuadorian choices and a little bit of everything, wait staff was great. Over all a great experience and I loved the price for my reservations that was a reason why I booked with them and really met my expectations. I’ll be back to Hotel Finlandia. "
