"It was a good hotel and the staff was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the stay included transportation to the airport. The only things I would change would be the towels and the soap bar. They could use a better towels quality cuter shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers to add a nicer touch to the room."

"Convenient location if you are laying over for a day before heading to or from the galapagos. We chose this rather than downtown Quito so we could easily and without stress get to the airport early in the morning. The property felt new and very modernized. The food was good, easy to get a guide to see the sights or grab and uber. Hotel shuttle to airport was waiting for us when we got off the plane (thank-you) The pool and hot tub were great warm and inviting. I would only say if you need...

"Very good stay close to the airport! The restaurant was great for dinner and the staff were very helpful and kind! I appreciated them arranging a taxi for airport pickup and drop off. The room was as advertised, clean, and fit our needs for a quick stay! No AC (if that is something you are looking for!) but we still slept very well!"

"The breakfast menu was fresh, excellent. Room was clean especially the bathroom. Staff was nice and eager to help guest, Veronica in particular. She was so nice and passionate to have pride in Cuenca. "

"I did not realize that I booked the smallest room with the worst location on the property. The room size was ok, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so small there was not even room for a toilet paper holder. We were adjacent to a walkway and parking lot so the room with no air conditioning ended up being a bit noisy at night. We had access to the hot-tub and steam room which was nice and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as everyone in Ecuador seems to be. If I did the trip...

"Breakfast looked fresh, Bar was very small but had good options. The hotel was a cozy boutique; quiet street only drawback was that axis weren't able to drop off in front of location. "

"I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows."
