"Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!"

"Everything is great especially the breakfast. If you want to sleep in a bit get a room at the back side of the hotel. The front side faces the Panamericana highway and you get some traffic noise early in the morning."

"Très bel hôtel situé au cœur du centre historique de Quito. Le bâtiment possède beaucoup de charme et de caractère, avec une architecture coloniale magnifiquement préservée. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel a toujours été courtois, professionnel et attentif à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner offrait un bon choix d'aliments et permettait de bien commencer la journée. Les espaces communs, particulièrement le patio intérieur, créent une ambiance...

"Le Sangay est l’hotel emblematique de Baños.La quasi absence de touristes rend la situation difficile ce qui fait que certains clients paient beaucoup moins cher que le prix d’Expedia…cela est visible comme le nez au milieu d’un visage c’est totalement frustrant.En corolaire le petit déjeuner est celui d’un hôtel bon marché.Le spa est minuscule,quant à la piscine l’eau n’est plus chauffée et est est mal nettoyée."
