We enjoyed our stay a lot, friendly staff, nice rooms with everything you need. 5 stars for the price.

Positives - breakfast choice was amazing, spa great, rooms lovely size, staff friendly, parking on site and location for the slopes perfect. Negatives - check-in process was about 30 mins and I’d checked in on-line. This may well have been due to extra precautions of our group and COVID ! Mask were an absolute must.

Walked into the hotel and it was wonderful. A courtyard with a small fountain and pool surrounded by buildings on all sides - all 14th 15th century - it was beautiful. Was peaceful and tranquil. Got upgraded to the suite - amazing. The ceiling was beautiful - and original - wooden rafters covered in decoration. Lovely traditional hotel with a modern twist. Stylish and comfortable. We had a delux room. Would definitely stay here again but would choose a room that does not have steps down into the bathroom. Other than this very small comment no complaints at all. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was good and the dining room is quaint The location is fantastic. We stayed here for two nights. It's a great little hotel in the centre of Granada. Very nice staff, a special shout out to Pilar who was incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and so convenient for transport, shops, restaurants and bars etc. Would stay here again for sure.

This was our second stay at what is one of my favourite hotels. The location is perfect. The hotel is great. The staff are lovely. The food is amazing. What more could you ask for!

Lovely hotel , staying back again

The hotel is in the perfect location the main areas are stunning but the rooms are quite basic compared to the others parts. Breakfast buffet was amazing

Excellent location to Al Hambra palace. 9 min walk. Bus 32 frequent and takes you to plaza san Nicholas. A must visit and especially on the night to see Al Hambra in lights. Restaurants there fantastic with excellent views. The hotel is amazing.

Phenomenal view from the roof terrace! Gorgeous apartment with everything we needed, and plenty of space to relax - very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing! Close to restaurants and easy walk to Mirador San Nicolas, Cathedral, and old town. Alhambra is walkable albeit further and hilly.

Upgraded to the Level. Fabulous.
