"Hotel was located near enough to airport (about a €20 taxi ride away). The staff was very nice as well. Unfortunately there was some misinformation provided by Expedia. The website stated the hotel had an indoor pool that was heated. The hotel only has an outdoor pool with a bit of cover and the pool is NOT heated (note this is not a "Karen" kinda review, the staff explicitly informed us at check-in when we asked if the pool was heated that the pool was outdoors and not heated). "This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms need renovation, our window was really falling apart. When we complaind about it the said that a room switch was not possible. The technical service just screwed it back on place , 2 days later the screw came loose and the window was again out of place. This room should just not be rented to guests. Woke up the next morning with bird sounds, sound good eh, except that the birds are flying around in the hotel lobby…. Breakfast quality was average, low quality...
