"First room we had the beds were broken and coming off the base. Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. "not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room.
