"Overall good place to stay. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. They left us water chips and some small snacks. The bathroom is very small and tight, hard to change in there. There is an old elevator that only fits one person at a time. It does take time to go up and down and when the elevator is occupied, it gets tiring to go up 4 flights of stairs. "O quarto não estava nas melhores condições de higiene e o cheiro das roupas de cama, do quarto em si, estava super forte. O banheiro estava com o lixo completamente cheio, só foi trocado 1x por dia e também tinha um cheiro ruim forte. O check-in não é difícil mas é totalmente virtual, não vimos ninguém durante toda estadia."

"This place has a great location, but other than that, it is not worth it. The rooms are pretty small. The bathroom is smaller than those from a cruise. One person at a time. No signs outside with the name of the place. Make sure to remember the number. The AC is very weak and takes forever to cool down the room. Summers in Madrid are pretty hot. Again, for the price, there are a lot of other places better than this one."

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
