"The location is excellent. Near Atocha station, Prado, parks. Food is plentiful. The staff was polite enough and gave good into to keys checkout etc. the room needed more deep cleaning and was rather warm. The shower was very tight with VERY limited ability to move about. "

"The room was perfectly located right in the heart of Madrid. However it was very basic. We had three hangers between two of us, there were no shelves or hooks to put your clothes. They provided one coffee sachet and two sugar sachets, no milk or tea. No bin for the room. There was no attention to detail at all. This was a shame as it could have been so much nicer with a little love."
