Cute place with lovely courtyard I was disappointed the pool was closed. Seemed pointless on a 90° day. I booked it to have a pool so that was a huge let down

We liked that it was pet friendly! Thank you The breakfast food provided was overly cooked, dry ham and sausage and eggs. Fruit was great thank you. They brought out a fresh pan that looked much better, but by then everyone had eaten and left.

All the 10/10 reviews are silly and must be fake. You can do a lot better than this place. Go somewhere else! The photos are misleading. This is not a "boutique" hotel, whatever that is. It's just an old motel that needs a lot of work to fix it up. When I asked for a 2nd story room, reception said "the elevator isn't working." I wish I could should you photos of all the yellow tape - the elevator ISN'T THERE - it's just a big hole, and it looks like it has been that way for a long time. Also, my room had no ceiling light and no paint around the ceiling fan. The TV was mounted crooked, as was the bathroom mirror light. I didn't feel safe when I saw the entire property is surrounded by gates with the following signs: "WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF ALL OUR GUESTS (sic) SAFETY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GATE IS CLOSED AFTER ENTRY/EXIT. PLEASE DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN." There are a lot of auto body shops and other more industrial properties in the area. I think this place has many long-term rentals and some of those residents may be less than neat/tidy. What else explains the sign in the bathroom saying, "We will be charging for any linen that is damaged during your time of stay"? Then it lists prices for everything from hand towels to comforters. The linens aren't that great to begin with. The towels are cheap/basic and the bed sheets are rough/scratchy. The room also has a rather large fridge - definitely not of the mini-bar type, but more for long-residents.

The property was decent but the shower plumbing did not work well and only a trickle came out of the shower head. I reported it to the front desk but it didn’t get fixed during our stay.

I found the staff exceptional. They really were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options( especially egg ones), and couple of fruit choices too. I liked that there is a restaurant option on the property now too. The towels were great, shower had lots of water pressure and plenty of soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, but all four pillow were the "high" kind, at least two should have been a low fill pillow. The sheets were fine. The in room coffee makers for solo cups worked well, and was restocked every day. As I was arriving I was told there would be a $30 early checkin in fee. Check in is at 3:00 and it was 2:00, so I said I would wait. I will definitely stay in here the future if I find myself in the area.

While the room wasn’t perfect, and had flaws of course, the experience and general feel of this hotel along with the staff was excellent. Great pricing and also a truly fantastic free breakfast.

Very quiet,clean, close to Ramsey Canyon. The room had refrigerator, microwave large TV and the bed was very comfortable. Reasonable priced. The breakfast was not good for these reasons: Bad tasting coffee and ran out really quickly, may have been old leftover, eggs were not replenished and were dry and cold. The other breakfast items were ok Decided not to have that breakfast the next day. The coffee in the room was good.

The property was nice and clean and was as advertised. Check in was easy and pleasant, the only issue was the shower diverter in the tub was not working properly, front desk was called and responded immediately. Nothing they could do... shower was but a trickle. Hotel is a little dated but clean and the staff was friendly.

Nice for the price, the hot tub seemed dirty so I avoided it, but staff and food was good. Shower head needed replaced as it seemed to have a mind of its own (cool to hot randomly), spraying in all directions but we figured it out.

Staff was exceptional! Friendly, responsive. Hotel is a little older and rooms could use some sprucing up but it was very clean. Easy parking and the hotel was easy to find and convenient to major streets.

It was nice that they had a restaurant on the property. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The outside of the property seemed dated but they did have nice landscaping and decorations.

The bed qas a little stiff. The breakfast was ok but some of the food was over cooked and dry,the fruit was on point, waffles was good. But all in all it was a nice stay i will be back

Hotel was very nice. Only issue we had was they booked in a suite room & folks next door were so close to we had to complain to office as they were extremely loud. Don’t book connecting room if not requested suite. Door & walls do thin!

Group stay
Our check-in took a very long time, clerk friendly but slow. The breakfast area was very cold, the clerk said they "forgot to turn on the heat" and it was 35 degrees outside. In one room, hairdryer didn't work but they did provide another. In another room, the toilet was not working properly.
