"Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."

"Wie fast immer, bei einem Aufenthalt in Pirmasens, steige ich im Hotel Kunz ab. Zunächst hatte ich ein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer. Der Safe war zu klain für mein Tablett, der Fernseher war klein, hatte eine schlechte Bildqualität und es standen nur wenige Programme zur Verfügung. "La chambre était de taille raisonnable et la literie parfaite. La salle de bain d'une belle taille et pratique. Les toilettes étaient séparés de la salle de bain ce qui est appréciable. Le restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou ses repas se trouve en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et l'accueil chaleureux."

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful, the room was nothing like the picture, the bathroom had mold not the greatest. Breakfast I paid when I got there and it was very limited also paid for dinner and all they had were hamburgers fries and other little things. Definitely eat out if you stay there. If it were not for the staff being so nice I would have probably given them a one star. Way over priced so sorry I used my points on this. "
