"The best hotel on LongSet Beach, unusually modern, lux looking finishes and sound proof rooms, small road into village between seafront rooms and beach but not a problem at all. You cannot see into the rooms. Interior rooms nicely located. "

In a place that’s remote and wild, having someone so attentive, kind, and on top of everything made all the difference. He anticipated needs before we even had to ask and handled everything with calm care and professionalism. You can tell he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience, and that kind of energy transforms a stay into something unforgettable. If you love monkeys this place has daily visitors, some of the bungalows need renovating however expect this in more then 50% of places on the island. Wifi is weak throughout the island. The beach is perfect for snorkelling or for lounging around. The restaurant/bar on the premises has pretty good options and food is cooked well, prices are fair would come back to treehouse bungalows in a heart beat. "

"This was booked for 4 nights by mistake as I searched for Koh Rong. When I realised on the morning of arrival they wouldn’t refund any of my money. I thought they it would have been fair just to pay for one night but I had to pay for all 4. Not pleased "

"It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown to the room, which was pretty gross. Furniture that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Very few amenities. Mold. Only sheets on the beds, no covers. TV did not work at all. Hallways lights were on late at night and the curtains on the glass doors admit all the light, so it was impossible to darken the room for sleep. We lost the power at one stage as well, but hey this is Cambodia. I mean, I know this is Cambodia, and at this price point I wasn't expecting Hotel Le Royal. But this was dreadful. Give this place a miss. "
