"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again)."

"We stayed in the junior suite with a view of the canal and it was absolutely beautiful. We let the hotel know we were coming for our 20th wedding anniversary and they put champagne and cookies in our room as well as hearts all over the bed. It was a wonderful gesture."
