"I got bumped from a flight out of Marco Polo Venice airport so I was forced to find accommodations until the following morning. I elected to go for something closer to VCE, preferably with a shuttle from and back to the airport. While the Crowne Plaza advertises a free shuttle they only provide it if you reserve it 24 hours in advance. "Fabulous hotel, great value for such a luxury experience. Being only 15 mins away by boat from central Venice makes it the right choice.
