Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was...

"Overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms, although they were quite small. The pool area was nice and the floats provided were such a lovely touch! The only downside was that the pool itself was absolutely freezing, which made it difficult to enjoy. There were a few areas around the hotel that felt a little tired and could definitely do with some extra love and care. The lifts in particular felt very dated and old compared...
