"Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I booked based on prior reviews and they were very wrong.
The hot tub area was filthy. Dead bugs in the windowsills, given it's winter, those bugs have been there quite a while. Black mold on the walls. The hot tub itself was dirty.
Signs clearly indicated that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area. Several guests were having quite the party, the beer was flowing. I, along with other guests, mentioned this to the front desk, nothing was done.
Public areas were dirty. Elevators hadn't been swept out in quite some time.
The breakfast was most disappointing. Breakfast was supposed to run until ten. We arrived about 9:15. The hot breakfast was out except for some potatoes. There was no waffle batter. Orange juice was out. We took the last three cups, later guests couldn't get coffee or juice. I went to front desk and told him that attention was necessary. Nothing happened.
Absolutely would not stay here again."
"The hot tub wasn't working, and the community spaces (hallways, etc) had visible trash for a couple days, but our stay was very cozy and pleasant overall. We loved the view to the open area and trees in the back. It felt very tucked back and homey. We will stay here again if we need an overnight in Quincy."
