"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

"After four previous visits to Livigno, this was the worst accomodation we have experienced there. On arriving at the apartment we realised there was only a curtain in the bathroom which stopped short of the window sill by about a 6". "The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

Amazing place, not the most comfy beds
"This hotel was amazing! From the friendly staff, amazing views, huge wine list, rooftop restaurant/bar, this place has it all! Very romantic! Only two suggestions were a bigger swim area/jacuzzi, and better pillows/mattresses as they were not comfy. All in all amazing!"
