Hotel murah di Silsbee

"The room was dirty. When we left i noticed the blanket had a stain. The bathroom was dirty. The shower head was gross. We had to ask for new towels. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. "

"The room was so huge! It's almost like they chose the huge size of the rooms and then filling them was an after thought. The space at the entrance of the room could fit a kitchen that they seemed to just think "nah, let's just leave it super open". The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was standard. This was just a stop for us on a long road trip so we didn't use any amenities and we left super early in the morning before breakfast was even open. "

"We only stayed overnight, but the room was very clean, the hotel itself had an odor, but overall, it was a nice place. "

"I stay at a lot of these types of venues and honestly the breakfast here although the same menu as others was made to perfection. Further the area was spotless like I’ve never seen before. I never leave revues but this is deserved Well done"

"I was misled when selecting a room for the night by looking at the amenities and photos. Despite the warm weather, pool was closed for the season- service elevator had to be used because main elevators were out of service and the parking lot had retired mattresses piled up for removal. Our family could have saved ourselves time and money by just selecting a place without a pool that was on the route we were traveling on. "

"all pretty great - there was some bansna peals out front door needed to be picked up, in toom 201 the shade above bed does not open , but other was great -it was quiet and cool - the ice machine had front removed needs to be fixed on 2 nd floor- i can not say enough about the front desk workers day and night - VERY professional! "

"The face bowl sink was clogged and every time you flushed the toilet it made a loud noise until the tank will fill up. So the bathroom needs maintenance."

"Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them."

"The hotel was gross. Spider webs, discolored walls, stains on mattresses, mildew under the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, disgusting pool broken gym equipment. It was so horrible that I took photos. The only saving grace for the entire stay was the staff. They were incredible. They deserve to be in a hotel that matches their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, they work in a gross hotel. "

"My check in was great, the gentleman who assisted me was kind and courteous. My room key had to be redone every time I left the room, unsure of the reason, it was remedied as it occurred. I chose this hotel because of breakfast, however the 2 days I was there, none was offered, waited till 6:20 each morning (breakfast starts at 6am). Location was close proximity to food and entertainment. "
