Great location right outside Yellowstone. Cute log cabin. Great front porch for hanging out. Adorable mule deer frolicking every evening in front yard area. Negatives were one bathroom for 6 guests, 1 coffee mug for 6 guests ( asked for more & received 1 more 😂😂 and 3 very cute gray mice coexisted with us inside😍

Magical Mountain View’s and incredible staff made our stay an amazing time. Sight seeing is not a scarcity, amazing food at the Cafe and the bar at night! We will definitely be back, couldn’t have been any better.

This is a small cabin/hotel property in Silver Gate Montana, very convenient to Yellowstone NP. I stayed in a cabin which was clean and provided all I needed. The lighting was a little dark. There are a few restaurants nearby but more in Cooke City which is just 4 miles east of Silver Gate. The staff was helpful and made sure you had what you needed. A neat experience!

Isolated and beautiful. Perfectly located for morning and evening commutes through the Lamar valley of Yellowstone. Totally worth it and will try to stay again here in the future.

It was perfect with our dog leroy. The cabin was what we wanted and the surrounding area beautiful. No wolf sighting,but weare planning for next year to come back.loved all the goats!!!!!

Partially our fault because we thought we booked in Gardiner. We had no idea how remote and isolated Silver Gate would be. The 'staff' was not unfriendly but they were not very welcoming nor did we feel they provided us with the 'lay of the land' as it were. We felt isolated and left to fend for ourselves. Having said that, the cabin was cute and comfortable and the scenery gorgeous, and the access to Yellowstone was quite convenient.

Tiny, quaint, cabin. Loved the setting and the staff were really helpful. Could use some repairs on the flooring in the bathroom and the carpet was badly stained. But we would stay there again for sure. 👍 Had super easy access to Yellowstone which we loved. Total “Northern Exposure” vibe going on. 😉

Rustic but comfortable cabins at a price

Very folksy, rustic but has what you need to cook and relax. Special service - they do a campfire with s’mores! Fun! Just be aware that they charge an additional fee to book with them - a bit unusual and high!

The cabin was newly remodeled. Exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Will definitely return. Limited dining options given the remoteness, some only accept cash, nearest atm was in neighboring town.

This is a nice place, and the cabin is rustic. But it has only a double (full) bed, which seems wrong. There is plenty of room for a queen. So, not the best bed for a couple. Other than that, the people were nice, and the area is incredibly beautiful. No better scenery anywhere.
