"Absolutely would not recommend. I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely...

"Property run down since my last stay a few years ago. But for a nights sleep after a long day at work, anywhere is appealing I guess."

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

But the bathroom is facing another window and it doesn’t have any blinds/ curtains or tinting so you can just see straight in to the bathroom (Everything is on show) there was also no mugs with the kettle in the room, so don’t really see its use. Very quiet and peaceful overall. Also no mirrors in the room fyi"

"Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. "

"Arrived early the room was ready. Easy access instructions and friendly host. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Parking was available on the road although there was 6 spaces outside the house."
