"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired.
Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door.
Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad.
Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...
