Hotel dekat Silver Lake Memorial Park

"I found everything okay the only thing that sort of bothered me was just to check in the park the key situation but I'm new to the phone technology so that's where the problem came in for me but besides that everything else is okay thank you"

"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

"It was so clean and the staff are very friendly"

"The room was beautiful and clean. We were able to control the air conditioning in the room, which was great! Breakfast was good. All the staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed them. We will definitely be coming back."

"Good place"

"Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough."

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."

"Great and convenient hotel"

"This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get."

"The breakfast was excellent."

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"This is my favorite place to stay in Smithfield. Clean room, adequate fitness center (there's a recumbent cycle; that's all I need) and a pool, although I didn't use it. I love the included breakfast, although I usually skip the rubbery omelets. Front desk staff is always helpful, and the bed is comfy."
