The Palms Inn & Suites
Pros: the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location for FIU. Cons: The “suite” was small and pricey, the hot water was warm and had no pressure, and the breakfast selection was pretty bland with a limited selection even for continental.

the room was clean but smelled musty from the wet rug from leaking fridge. breakfast was great, parking was easy. Staff was great.
