"This place is in a beautiful location and we have now stayed there three times over the course of the years since 2012. We have seen it age and that is my biggest complaint. The rooms need an update, the bathrooms especially but also our room had a strange smell the whole time we were there. The staff is friendly but you don’t get the sense that they have upgraded their understanding of quality hospitality for a long time. The prices have gone up, but so has everything. I guess I was expecting a better experience for the money."

"Ragged Point is a nice hotel in a wonderful location with beautiful views. Our first room had a few ants in the bathroom, but front desk was very accommodating and moved us to another room. The property is in nature, so that was to be expected, and the front desk staff were very helpful in that regard. Highly recommend this hotel!"
