"Very helpful staff and a very clean room"

"I expected more from Marriott. The airport shuttle was fine, check-in was fine, and the room was fine. The mini-market was unattended, and the scan devices were unstable--it took many attempts. In my room, I wanted to see a map of the hotel, but there was none, and the options on the TV screen led nowhere. I called to ask about wifi, and they said you gotta PAY for wifi, so I skipped the wifi. I called again around 11pm, but got a message that the number was not available (not even a message of...

"The room was spacious, bathroom was a little tight and AC did not work the last night we were there. Called several times and sent a message to front desk but never got an answer back. The next morning the AC began to work again. When I mentioned it at checkout the hotel front desk man just replied with he was sorry that happen. It was also one of the hottest days of the year. Breakfast was great and lunch in STK was good too. The property was very clean."

"Everything in my room was clean and well. Spacious and comfortable. The cleaning crew seems to leave their hair around, that is my only observation. It would be helpful to add few more trips to the shuttle. The stay was restful and complete."
