"The room had bad odor. Stale. Property is 2 star at best."

"The hotel was very clean. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. I will say that the bartender from the lobby bar on Saturday 6/27/26 around 3:30 pm was not good. He took 45 min to serve our drinks. He seems like he didn’t want to be there. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly. The will go back to the hotel."

"The daily parking fee is ridiculous. The hotel has it's own lot, not a garage, and isn't even located in a crowded downtown area where anyone else would park there. So why charge guests an additional fee to park after they have already paid for a room? Hotels in other areas where guests must pay to park in garages typically reimburse guests for parking fees incurred during their stay. This unnecessary fee cost the hotel a star in my opinion."

"I liked my ground floor room with large shower and modern bathroom. Room 105 walked in to great cool temperature that stayed cool. Had mini frig, microwave, good closet and desk, Comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was Ok and coffee was very good."

"The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t...

"Our first room was loaded with German cockroaches. The front desk moved us immediately and apologize profusely second room was good."

"Although we reach the hotel the next day we were supposed to show due to an problem with our rental car company, the front desk young gentleman, was very kind and helpful. He looked for a room for us. I definitely recommend this facility for their professional personal and clean rooms."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean but very damp. The shower curtain in the bathroom did not extend past the edge of the tub so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor when showering. I contacted the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue already and that the wrong size had been purchased for the property. They were apologetic but had no solution other than putting extra towels on the floor. Breakfast was good."
