The only downside of our stay was the last-minute change of room type, made unilaterally by the hotel despite our confirmed booking. "The room we stayed in was old and run down. The doors to all the rooms slam so hard they can be heard all night. No fault of the hotel but there is a night club across the street that was so loud the music on till 3 am with people yelling and car racing up the street…. Was a sleepless night so we actually checked out at 4am and when we went to our car a couple druggies were at the back door all strung out. Will never return"

"They do not provide nor do they tell you towel service, and bed are not done changed daily. I had To call for fresh towels, and toilet paper. Hotel itself is new and room as clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again"

"Older hotel well kept up. We found the room small but very clean. Near an exit so easy for our dog to get out when needed. Easy to find food, hotel is located right in the middle of everything in a busy part of Thunder Bay. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Easy to get in and out of"
