"The front desk on Saturday was extremely helpful when we needed to add another night to our stay and made the transition to our new room go smoothly.
Both rooms 204 and 109 need new desk chairs, they are worn out.
Second night, the neighbors in the room next door were too loud from 12-4am. Dressed, walked to the night clerk, and asked him if he could quiet them down. He was young and new. That request seem to make him extremely incomfortable, possibly because he was new and quite young.
For the rest of the staff PLEASE emphasize your quiet hours with guests. All of us are expecting a quiet and restful sleep in a hotel as a basic amenity.
