"I was only here briefly and at night, but it was truly gorgeous and incredibly convenient as it was located literally on the airport premises so arriving at the airport took minutes. I only have two suggestions and I think they could be easily remedied. 1. Airport transportation (which is advertised as complimentary) made it very clear a tip was expected. Either charge outright for the service or talk to drivers about not asking directly for "tips" when they're actually expecting payment....

"I cannot say enough good things about Ameg Lodge. In particular, the service from all the staff (whether it be the restaurant, front desk, spa or the gate) was some of the best I’ve ever received. They are kind, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay is incredible and personalized. I returned to Ameg three times in between arrival, a safari, and hiking Mt Kilimanjaro - the team ensured the transitions between each were seamless. They were also willing to assist with transportation...
