"Checked and went to get a shower and there was NO water. And didn’t get any water until about 3 am. Staff acted like we (patrons) bothered them for reporting no water. At the end of the stay there was NO compensation for the inconvenience of NO water! Called to talk to manager… conveniently NO manager was available either. And once again the staff seemed inconvenienced that we wanted to talk to management. NO water, NO manager, NO compensation. NO MORE STAYS. NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
