"I landed on Monday and the one small bar / restaurant they have was closed. We had to walk about 10 mins and get grocery’s. Then the ac button wasn’t working. There’s no staff on site all evening. The pool area is small than the pics and this hotel is NOT beach front at all. We ended up leaving to stay at the Morgan for 2 days because we did not enjoy our stay. The second day before we left to the Morgan spa hotel we went to pool area, there’s was no music the bartender/ server was sitting down on the side of the bar and when I asked for a menu to order food she had an attitude like I was bothering her since she had to get up. Then they don’t bring food to your chair at the pool you have to go back and eat by bar area. Terrible experience and I would not travel back to this place. It was boring no staff really available to help you. And they take their towel situation really serious. They won’t give u towels without towel card and the towels are not even by the pool you have to walk to a window and the lady wasn’t even there the times we attempted to go. Again pics don’t look like the website. So careful booking at this hotel. It was giving senior citizens vibes. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location and our room was large and comfortable. The supermarket on the ground floor had everything you could want but the coffee shop wasn't well stocked. Parking was easy and the security guards were helpful. That said, we were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned, despite asking twice to have it cleaned. What was once nice furniture is not being kept up, two of our lights were not plugged in and had nowhere to be plugged in. There was no explanation as to how to work the TV and we had to request a hair dryer, extra toilet paper, and clean towels. The staff were nice enough but not helpful. The pool was closed for the beginning of our stay and the hot tubs were set to cool. The working elevator was cranky. We felt that the once lovely place could use a facelift and some ore helpful staff."

"Huge sprawling Americanised resort - buildings are very tired and rooms dated. So many rules on pool towels/ parking/ check out at 10am and wouldn’t extend even though there are hundreds of rooms. Breakfast not great. Staff very friendly is the only good point. We only stayed for one night as we had to find somewhere last minute as our flight was changed. "

"We stayed in room 203 and it was so comfortable and cozy and clean! The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. Has a little balcony to go and get fresh air. The staff is great - LaToya and Alexia are wonderful and so friendly and helpful as is the housekeepers Joyce and Christine. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quaint and cozy and in the middle of everything which is amazing because you can walk everywhere!"

"Proximity was great in all regards (Beach, restaurants etc.) Down side,, only 1 elevator was working which made waiting for one very long. "

"Clean room, nicely appointed. Great views of the pool area and ocean. Breakfast out in front of the bay was really an unexpected positive. Family loved that everyday. Great location close to lots of restaurants and activities. Only complaint is the karaoke bar across the street which didn’t bother me so much but the light sleepers were a little impacted. "

"It’s quirky, but a good value. Most of staff seemed unhappy. Food was very good. Construction at a standstill. Bikes were great to have to get some provisions on welfare Ed. $7 for a bottle of water at property, and they advise not to drink the tap water. It’s a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. "
