"Hotel was really good. We stayed at the royal savoy which is more private and more adult friendly than the normal savoy which allowed kids. We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate. "This was our second stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. We returned because our first visit was a very positive experience, and we were genuinely looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite mixed and overall disappointing. The most noticeable issue was that the service felt very much on autopilot. Staff were generally polite, but there was very little sense of personal attention or engagement with guests. It often felt as if routines were being followed...
