"I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. "very limited choices for breakfast, the “double” bed could not comfortably fit 2 people. ( Booked standard double bed) Also in our 3 days of stay, nobody went to clean/fix the room. All of the staff are helpful, courteous and always willing to help. Perhaps just place clean rugs in the bathroom and replenish guest amenities daily."
