"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night.
Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom.
TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football!
Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends."

"This place was super central right in the pedestrian area. It was clean and had a good kitchen. Bed was great. Two small grocery stores within steps. The rooftop was sunny. It was noisy in the streets, as expected, with yippy dogs, scooters, street sweepers and loud talkers. Earplugs needed at night. Overall it was a perfect location for everything Palma has to offer. "

"We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish.

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty.
