"The hotel and staff were nice. Unfortunately it is the end of October and getting chilly in Seoul, there was no way to control the thermostat so the room was cold. I asked the front desk and there was no way to control it but they were kind enough to bring me a portable oil heater. Once again, it was a bit disappointing because the heater barely helped warm up the room. I ended up wearing layers to bed and making a “blanket cave” to stay warm. Everything else about the hotel was great, it was...

"We stayed at Naru hotel for 3 nights in a room on the 17th floor overlooking the Hangang river. The view was spectacular, especially at night and early morning. We truly enjoyed the breakfast on the 22nd floor, there was a lot to choose from, and the food quality was outstanding. The view in the dining room was breathtaking.
We enjoyed their swimming pools (indoor and infinity) a lot. The water was heated in both, and the view from the infinity pool (on the 21st floor overlooking the river and...

"I rarely write hotel reviews and generally avoid complaining during a stay because I don’t want to create an uncomfortable situation. However, my experience at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it.
The entrance and access to check-in were inconvenient, and the entire property felt poorly maintained. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and guest room had noticeable dust, fingerprints, and smudges.
Although the bedding and towels were clean,...

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...
