Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. They were leaving early Must be very poor soundproofing
