"Welcoming with facilities to match price. When you pay this much you expect everything to be too notch. We were helped with luggage in a rainstorm by a lovely guy carrying umbrellas. When we required heating to dry out it arrived quickly. When the WiFi was weak in one room we were quickly moved."
