"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. "A remarkable building to stay in. Decor theme is carried throughout for an immersive experience. Cleaning staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. great gym and spa although when the steam room worked, the sauna didnt and vice versa.
biggest issue was the poor design of the lighting and bathroom .
when using the toilet, the extractor fan and light automatically turned on.
so impossible to use the toilet quietly in the middle of the night.
