"The stay in Hedi was problematic for me. The hotel manager did not read my WhatsApp messages and she did not understand me in Russian or English when I called her by the phone to ask her to open the gate to the restricted area around the Svetitskhoveli cathedral. When I finally arrived to Hedi, it turned out that they had no room for me, despite my pre-paid booking.
