Staff were rude and unfriendly. Poorly maintained, handicapped accessible door was blocked by orange cones, had to go to the door on the other side not handicap friendly had a large curb type step up. The air conditioning worked well but it was very hot that day and when we walked in the room it was burning hot in the room. Safety latch on the door was broken. We got to the breakfast area about 20 minutes before closing and everything very picked over and had not been restocked.

The place is pretty rough and not worth the price. My door wouldn't stay closed. The shower curtain rod looked like it was broken and relocated multiple times with some spackling over the old holes but no paint or primer. Bathtub faucet was dripping and there were hard water stains in the tub and it looked dirty. Lot's of caulk around the bathroom tiles and walls. Cracks in the ceiling that had been roughly spackled over. Just generally run down and in disrepair.

Even during construction the staff was friendly and helpful. The new rooms are beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. It’s gonna be a beautiful entrance once it’s completed.

Room was great, staff were rude and acted like they hate their jobs. Everyone hates there job be a professional and kind. You should especially not be yelling at customers over a misunderstanding and I would love a refund of at least 3 nights because the customer service was terrible I am a single women traveling alone and I do not have very high expeditions for hotel staff Other than for them to be kind and helpful. Everytime I needed anything it was treated like a major inconvenience.
