"During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

"We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. "One the best Breakfast variety ever I have delicious food , service top notch, views breathtaking all amazing specifically if you are traveling with your kids they will love this hotel location is perfect you can get a taxi takes 15 min to Dubrovnik old town cost around 25€ or you can reach the port by boat cost 10 € per person takes about 30 min to reach old town so you enjoy the spectacular views of Dubrovnik"

"This hotel needs an update. I understand the building is old but is poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Not even the essential bathroom amenities are available. Shower clogged, door did not work, not my favorite. The location is good!"
