"The hotel was just great and the staff was so lovely and helpful and kind. The pool was fantastic and beds super comfortable. It’s a little out of town so you need a car and I would bring what you need with you from Merida but it was just perfect for our week on the beach."

"El uso de toallas de playa o alberca muy limitado , la habitación no contaba con frigo bar . El personal muy amable y aunque hubo problemas con el suministro de electricidad no pasamos incomodidad en la noche por la planta de luz que tenía el hotel ."

"Great location and nice place to relax and unwind. Room and place was clean and well kept. Pool was nice but could use some TLC. Also we did not receive our free bottle of wine as advertised when reserved but not a deal breaker. Will stay again and recommend it. Just work a little better on pool ..."
