There was no dustbin in our room and the toilet, I was not even told where the kitchen was, I booked for 2 people, but there was one glass, one towel for the entire 2days. We didn’t have the remote for the gate, so everytime we had to go out we had to phone because...

"This was a one night stopover. The standard room was very small and looked over a putting green. The restaurant was closed on Saturdays but stayed open for guests. Very limited menu and poor food. The wifi was non existent. The grounds are lovely and the rooms looking over the river might be quite nice. "
